KULAS IDEAS AND CREATIONS, INCORPORATED was conceptualized and officially launched in 1989. In time for Sinulog the following year. After the company came to be, people in the Sugbo would now wear and flaunt apparels that they can proudly say as distinctly Cebuano. The organization became the leader in Cebu designs and not only did Kulas Incorporated a sense of pride in the Cebuanos on their local garments, it also inculcated the people's awareness and responsibility for the environment. In the end of the day, what Kulas Ideas and Creations, Incorporated wants to show is that even a tiny island like Cebu can foster great things.

TROPIKAL RELIK is a new addition of the company. This part of Kulas saw its first dawn during the year 1998 where it seemed that the only permanent thing in the world is change. As a pioneering organization, Kulas Ideas and Creations, Incorporated had to find a new face to offer its customers and Tropikal Relik greatly helped out in this aspect. For now, it can only be located at the 2nd level of Ayala Center. This entirely new concept was inspired by the company's frequent exposure of the unique, yet in some ways similar, cultures in Asia. Tropikal Relik offers top-of-the-line beach clothing apparels to locals and tourists who are looking for quality products that are affordable too. For being a leader and an innovator, there is no wonder why Kulas Ideas and Creations, incorporated(a local business organization) still holds on to their initial belief that truly, "K u s g a n U g l i g - o n A n g S u g b u a n o n ."
